Features
and Usage |
1 |
P-41 |
Binary
system lead-zirconate-titanate(PZT) modified material.
It has lower dielectric loss and mechanical internal
friction, higher electro-mechanic coupling coefficient,
dielectric constant and piezoelectric coefficient. Mainly
used to make piezoelectric ceramic transducers for medical
application, ultrasonic cutting, drilling, welding,
cleaning, probing, medium- and small-sized sonar. |
2 |
P-81 |
Binary
system modified material. It features low dielectric
loss in intensive field, great mechanical strength and
stable electrical parameters. It is mainly used to make
transducers for large-sized sonar, large cleaner, capable
ultrasonic processing and emulsification. |
3 |
P-85 |
Quarternary
system piezoelectric ceramic material. It has not only
a higher dielectric constant and electro-mechanical
coupling coefficient, but also a high mechanical quality
factor. So, it is especially suitable for making transducers
for high power transmissions. |
4 |
P-45 |
It
has a double behavior of receiving and transmitting.
Major properties are moderate. Used to make medium power
transducers, which can be used for both receiving and
transmitting. |
5 |
P-43 |
High
piezoelectric coefficient d33, g33,
and high mechanical strength. Performance is stable
after repeated pressurization. Dielectric constant is
relatively large, especially suitable for making gas
lighter, liquefying gas ignition, high-voltage power
supply for artillery shell fuse. |
6 |
P-51 |
High
sensitivity and excellent time stability. Used for underwater
sound transducer, sensor, accelerometer, pressure gauge
and buzzer. |
7 |
PMgN¡ª51 |
It
has very high dielectric constant and electro-mechanical
coupling coefficient, and low mechanical quality factor.
Time stability of each parameter is good. Suitable for
microphone/receiver, pickup, electro-acoustics and filter. |
8 |
PSnN¡ª51 |
Main
parameters are identical to p-51. It features high stability
of Curie temperature. So, it is a highly sensitive transducer
material for high temperature applications. It can be
used in high temperature probing, thickness measurement,
oil well surveying and high temperature flow meter. |
9 |
PliS¡ª51 |
It
has higher electro-mechanical coupling coefficient and
moderate dielectric constant, and high sensitivity.
It is suitable for making various receiving-type transducers
with good time stability and high sensitivity. |
10 |
PT-71 |
Modified
mono system lead-titanate (PT) material with high Curie
temperature and low dielectric constant, especially
suitable for making high frequency resonator, filter,
etc. |
11 |
PT-72 |
Modified
mono system lead-titanate (PT) material with high Curie
temperature and low dielectric constant, especially
suitable for making high frequency resonator, filter,
high temperature probing, etc. |
